授業の内容や構成 Course Content / Plan | | 本講義では、主として、組織論、とりわけ新制度派組織論の諸論文を読み、ディスカッションを行う。そのため、これらに関する高度な専門的な知識が予め要求される。以下の論文などを講読する予定である。

| In this course, students will primarily read and discuss academic papers on organization theory, particularly new institutionalism in organization theory. Accordingly, students are expected to have an advanced level of specialized knowledge in these areas prior to taking the course. The following papers and other related works are scheduled to be read and discussed.
