In every aspect of environmental issues, governments play various roles. This course aims to understand the theories and analytical methods of environmental governance, with a particular focus on the role of governments in environmental issues and their relationships with politics, citizens, and other stakeholders.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | 最終レポート（50％）、中間レポート（50％）により評価する。授業で扱った諸概念・手法の基礎的な理解があり、具体的な環境問題に応用できていることを合格の基準とする。 | | Evaluation will be based on a final report (50%), a midterm report (50%). To pass the course, students must demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the concepts and methods covered in the class and show the ability to apply them to specific environmental issues. |
