【授業の目的】
建築・都市・ランドスケープ設計に関わる一連の作業のうち、主にアーバンデザインもしくはランドスケープデザインの検討、デジタルデータを用いたプレゼンテーションの手法を習得し、プロジェクトの企画・マネジメントを含む建築・都市・ランドスケープ設計者として必要な能力を養うことを目的とする。

【授業の目的】
To obtain procedures and techniques of survey/analysis, concept-making, drafting a district plan, urban design, landscape design and presentation, and ability of project planning and management through a series of actual works related to architectural, urban and landscape design.

以下のスケジュールの際に、課題に沿って、調査を行い、調査結果を報告書にまとめて送付して下さい。

第1～2回　ガイダンス

第3～4回　開発のための調査とPLATEAUの都市デジタルデータを用いた提案方法の検討

第5～8回　開発計画のボリュームのモデリングの検討と作成

第9～10回　アーバン・ランドスケープデザインと提案する立面の検討と作成

第11～第12回　プレゼンテーションの準備

第13～15回　最終発表と提出（講評会の方法は追って連絡します）

【授業時間外学習の指示】
学生は授業時間外に関連内容の自習や事例分析の作業を行うこと。

Researches and the presentation on the planning/design study should be prepared after the class.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria

要求する成果物とそれらの制作作業過程を評価する。作業の各段階における作業50%、最終成果物50％とで評価し、総合点60点以上69点以下をＣ、70点以上79点以下をＢ、80点以上94点以下をＡ、95点以上をＡ+とする。図面等の成果物の提出がない場合は「欠席（W）」、成果物の質が著しく低い場合は「F」とする。

Grading will be based on required outputs and process. Presentation in each step: 50%, Final outputs and presentation: 50%.
A+:95 points and above, A: 80-94 points, B: 70-79 points, C: 60-69 points.
A minimum grade of C is necessary to receive a passing grade.

教科書は用いず、授業ごとに必要な情報を提供し、授業の進度や学生の理解度に応じて適宜指定する。

The necessary information for each class will be distributed and specified as appropriate to the progress of the class and the students' understanding.
