Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | 本授業の目標として，課題を概念化し，方策を考え，実践する一連の経験と，それらのプロセスの内省から，解析力，設計力，合意形成力を身につける。
また，知識獲得だけでは実践できない気づきから，文系と理系が協働して行う開発現場での様々な事象や仕事の進め方であるチーム・ビルディングを学修する。
研究分野の枠組みや文理の垣根を超えて求められるチーム・ビルディングの基礎知識・基本概念を体系的に学修する。さらに文系・理系が一つになったチーム・ビルディングの擬似体験を通して，現実課題に対処する上で要となるチーム・サイエンスを体得する。 |

授業の達成目標 【英語】
Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | Through a series of experiences - from conceptualization of problems, the establishment of treatment priorities to execution - and through self-assessment of these processes, students will develop their competencies on analysis, planning, and consensus building, as objectives of this course.
Furthermore, by developing an awareness, which cannot be gained solely by acquiring knowledge, students will master the experience and ways of working in the field of development where professionals of arts and sciences backgrounds collaborate.
All lectures are given in Japanese. |

授業の内容や構成

１．講義の目的・目標や意義，チーム・ビルディングの基礎知識と基本概念を事例分析・比較分析を通して体系的に理解する。
２．文系と理系が協働して耐久性のある構造物を製作するワークショップの目的，意義，価値を共有する。
３．設定目標を達成するための予備知識や基礎知識を確認する。チーム・ビルディングにおけるルールと手順を理解する。
４．設定目標を達成するための調査，目標設定と計画立案する。
５．第１回のアセスメント評価と成功・失敗事例を共有する。
６．原因分析と改善目標を設定し，第２次計画を作成する。
７．第２回のアセスメント評価と振り返り資料を作成する。
※日程（毎年9月の第3週から最終週にかけて集中講義形式で開講予定），実施形態は対面講義，履修登録方法等の詳細な情報は研究科電子掲示板で通知する。
1. Systematically understand the purpose, objectives, and significance of the lecture, along with the fundamental knowledge and basic concepts of team building, through case analysis and comparative analysis.
2. Share the purpose, significance, and value of the workshop where liberal arts and science students collaborate to build durable structures.
3. Confirm the prerequisite knowledge and foundational knowledge needed to achieve the set goals. Understand the rules and procedures for team building.
4. Conduct research, set goals, and formulate plans to achieve the set objectives.
5. Share the first assessment evaluation and case studies of successes and failures.
6. Conduct root cause analysis, set improvement goals, and create a second plan.
7. Conduct the second assessment evaluation and create reflection materials.
*Schedule (Scheduled as an intensive lecture format in the 3rd to final week of September each year). The format will be in-person lectures. Detailed information, including registration methods, will be announced on the Graduate School electronic bulletin board. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 【成績評価の方法と基準】
課題解決のための分析力・洞察力・対話力を問うアセスメント(60%)，ワークショップへの能動的な態度や関与 (40%)で評価し、【授業の達成目標】に記載した内容が達成されることを合格の基準とします。(成績評価基準は、『成績評価と GPA 制度』を参照。)
【履修取り下げ】
履修取り下げの際は申し出が必要です。申し出がなくワークショップの欠席、レポートの未提出の場合、評価は「Ｆ」とします。
【Grading Methods and Criteria】
Assessment of analytical, insight, and communication skills for problem-solving (60%), combined with active participation and engagement in workshops (40%). The passing standard is the achievement of the content outlined in the 【Course Learning Objectives】. (Refer to the ‘Grading and GPA System’ for grading criteria.)
【Course Withdrawal】
Withdrawal requires a formal request. Failure to submit a request, coupled with workshop absences or non-submission of reports, will result in an “F” grade. |

Study Load (Self-directed Learning Outside Course Hours) | | 事前に，講義やワークショップで扱う用語や概念，成果物製作に必要な基礎知識を調べ，準備をしておく。
事後に，講義やワークショップにおける学修活動を通して身につけた資質・能力を，所定のワークシートを用いてアセスメントする。
Students are encouraged to make a preliminary investigation about terminology handled in this coursework and basic knowledge of bridge structure.
After every class, the students assess the knowledge, the skill, and the competency/capability fostered by course activities, using the specified worksheet. |
