Goals of the Course [JPN] | | | 本授業は、国際的な環境におけるチーム基盤型学習を通して、論理的思考力、異文化コミュニケーション能力、および協働的問題解決能力を育成することを目的とする。受講生は、シンガポール国立大学（NUS）の学生とのワークショップ、フィールド探索、脚本制作、および発表活動を通して、観察や体験を明確で説得的なアイデアへと構築する方法を学ぶ。また、本授業は、AI 時代に求められる英語コミュニケーション能力、批判的思考力、プレゼンテーション能力、およびチームワーク能力を強化することも目的とする。 |

Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | This course aims to help students develop logical thinking, intercultural communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills through team-based learning in an international environment. Through workshops, field explorations, scriptwriting, and performances conducted with students from the National University of Singapore (NUS), participants will learn how to transform observations and experiences into clear and convincing ideas. The course also aims to strengthen students’ confidence in English communication, critical thinking, presentation skills, and teamwork in the age of AI. |

Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | 本授業の主な達成目標は、受講生が多文化環境において論理的に考え、他者と協働しながら、創造的かつ説得的にアイデアを表現できるようになることである。これを達成するために、本授業では以下の能力の育成を目指す。
1. 観察や体験をもとに、明確で論理的な中心アイデアを構築する力。
2. 英語を用いて、自分の考えを他者に分かりやすく説明し議論する力。
3. 多様な背景を持つ学生と協働しながら問題を解決する力。
4. 批判的思考力およびプレゼンテーション能力。

Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | The main objectives of this course are to help students think logically, collaborate effectively with others, and express ideas creatively and convincingly in a multicultural environment. To achieve these objectives, the course focuses on developing the following abilities:
1. Constructing clear and logical central ideas based on observations and experiences.
2. Explaining and discussing ideas clearly in English.
3. Solving problems collaboratively with students from diverse backgrounds.
4. Developing critical thinking and presentation skills.
5. Understanding the importance of human interaction and collaborative learning in the age of AI. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content or Plan | | This course is conducted as an intensive international learning program in Singapore. Students will participate in workshops, field explorations, discussions, teamwork activities, scriptwriting, and performances together with students from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Day 1 - Departure and Orientation (pre-departure orientation, arrival in Singapore, welcome reception and ice-breaking activities with NUS students.)
Day 2 - Team Formation and Story Development (Orientation by local coordinators, workshop on observation and storytelling, team brainstorming and discussion with NUS students, evening tour with NUS students.)
Day 3 - Cultural Discovery and Field Exploration (Lecture on Singapore’s multicultural society field exploration activities, lecture and interaction session at NUS.)
Day 4 - Logical Thinking and Script Construction (Workshop on logical thinking and script structure, team writing and story development, Jinro game with NUS students.)
Day 5 - Field Exploration and Research (Cultural exploration activities, team research and discussion, reflection and informal teamwork activities.)
Day 6 - Scriptwriting and Revision (Workshop on dialogue writing and scene structure, team writing and script revision, consultation and feedback sessions.)
Day 7 - Intercultural Collaboration Activities (Collaborative activities with NUS students, team discussion and rehearsal preparation, evening team-building activities.)
Day 8 - Rehearsal and Presentation Preparation (Full rehearsal and performance practice, final script revisions and peer feedback, preparation for final showcase.)
Day 9 - Final Performance and Presentation (Final script performances at NUS, peer evaluation and discussion, farewell dinner and reflection activities.)
Day 10 - Reflection and Return (Reflection workshop and course evaluation, submission of reflection report, departure from Singapore and return to Japan.) |

(iv) Complete a course evaluation after the program. |
